What we do...

K & E Sheet Metal LLC is a custom sheet metal fabrication job shop focusing on the residential and consumer market; however, we are equipped to provide services for light commercial applications. We specialize in custom transitions, supply air plenums and cold air boots for new or retro fit jobs, providing service for many small to medium sized businesses in the local HVAC and construction industry. Because my father and I are a two man operation with no welder on staff, we are limited in the scope of metal fabrication that we can perform. Our niche focus helps us to concentrate on what we know best, residential HVAC custom sheet metal fabrication; heating and air conditioning for your home.

A little history...

Founded in 1989 and originally based out of our homes' garage, K & E Sheet Metal has been in business for over 20 years. The company was started by Bob Raymond, working alone to build relationships with local companies in need of custom plenums and fittings while picking up small installation jobs along the way. Years later he was joined by his teenage son, Kevin, who had decided to give up college, coming home to an already established job. The company is now a Limited Liability Partnership.

Both Kevin and Bob have spent time in the field installing duct systems for a variety of homes. Bob has since turned all his focus to the installation side of the business, while Kevin runs the shop with a keen knowledge of both installing and fabricating sheet metal for the home. Not to mention the over 30 years of wisdom Bob has gathered sizing and working on a plethora of furnaces, coils, and full systems that reside in the Glens Falls area HVAC market.

The present...

Since leaving the garage years ago, K & E Sheet Metal moved throughout the Glens Falls area, renting space in many different parts of town. A few years ago we settled at The Epic Holdings Building, just over the Fennimore Bridge in beautiful South Glens Falls, NY. The space is a perfect size for our micro business to thrive and because the giant building holds many other small local companies, there is much opportunity for cross business relationships.
